Histories of Postwar Architecture (HPA) is a biannual open-access peer-reviewed Journal that aims to publish innovative and original papers on postwar architecture, with no geographical, methodological, historiographical or disciplinary restrictions.

The Journal accepts papers and original submissions that have not been published and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors maintain their copyright and are aware that their works are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Authors can re-publish their paper (or parts of it) giving appropriate credit to HPA Journal. The review accepts papers in English, even though reviews are also accepted in Italian. HPA is published by the Department of Architecture, the Department of the Arts, and the Department for Life Quality Studies,University of Bologna.
